• A New Copy of your Baptismal Certificate, including First Communion and Confirmation information for all Catholics. For non-Catholics a copy of the Baptismal Certificate.


• Two Affidavit of Free Status for each person.


• Dispensation (if needed)


• Certificates of completion of Engaged Preparation Programs

• Register for diocesan Engaged Preparation Programs, (Engaged Encounter, Pre-Cana, etc.)


• Schedule wedding date with priest


• Schedule rehearsal date


• Plan liturgy


• Select music


• Give florist guideline sheet


• Give photographer guideline sheet


• Submit all required documents


• Turn in envelopes with payments to musicians, servers, etc.

Turn in Marriage License (to wedding coordinator at rehearsal or to rectory no later than two days prior to the wedding day)
